Overview
Aegom provides engineering coordination infrastructure for complex projects. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our website, pilot engagements, and product deployments. We take a minimum-necessary approach to data: we collect only what we need to deliver the service and honor the confidentiality obligations of enterprise engineering work.
Information we collect
On our website, we collect basic contact details you submit (name, work email, company, message) and standard server logs used to operate and secure the site. Within customer deployments, Aegom processes engineering project documentation (drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, revision metadata) strictly under the terms of the customer agreement. Customer project content is not used to train shared models.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to inquiries, operate the product, prepare coordination workflows across connected systems (such as Autodesk, Procore, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365), and maintain security, reliability, and auditability of the platform.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with vetted subprocessors that support hosting, infrastructure, and monitoring, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations, and only as required to deliver the service.
Security
Aegom is deployed with tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and detailed audit logging. Access to customer project content is restricted to authorized personnel with a demonstrated operational need.
Retention
Website inquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records. Customer project data is retained per the customer agreement and deleted or returned on request at the end of the engagement.
